Applied Agility provided one-on-one coaching following the delivery of the project planning workshop to staff at local organizations. Each person requesting coaching had their own unique need as they applied this new tool to their work assignments, needs ranging from reinforcement to software usage to further explanations. One-on-One Coaching

Classroom lessons can sometimes be difficult to put into everyday use. Applied Agility's experienced coach will assist you translate specific workshop experiences into practical usage. Coaching can be provided on-site or remotely, as much or as little as needed to gain a degree of comfort with the new knowledge and skills.

The most effective coaching is designed to address the specific learning needs of each individual. Often individuals require assistance placing classroom theory and lessons into everyday use. Applying the classroom lessons directly to work in progress reassures staff that the lessons are indeed pertinent and can assist with their work completion. Practicing newly acquired skills under the tutelage of an experienced professional, who can provide immediate pertinent feedback, can lead to increased confidence and self-assurance in the ability to execute.

Athletes, actors, even public speakers know the value of one-on-one coaching. The intense direct guidance provided by an experienced professional reinforces their skills, while it provides for the immediate correction and adjustment when the skill is not applied appropriately. Think of the hours a professional tennis player invests working with her coach, serving that ball time and time again.
